Crooks Cottage is a newly renovated holiday home with all the homely luxuries you would expect while cleverly preserving this traditional Devon cottage’s character. The back garden is the perfect retreat for outdoor dining and outstanding views over the water. The Ferry Boat Inn is just down the road on the quayside along with the Anchorstone Café. Please note that some doorways and ceilings are low and that the area has steep hills. This property’s not suitable for children under 5.

The Ferry Boat Inn is a one-minute walk down the road (don’t worry, it is not known to be noisy). On the quayside, you will also find The Anchorstone Cafe as well as ferries to the National Trust’s Greenway Estate and Dartmouth. At the top of the village, there’s The Red Lion which doubles up as the village shop and post office. Down The lane you will find The Ham – a large grassy playing field and children’s park. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach – a 10-minute drive away in the village of Stoke Fleming.
