Gulls Rest

Charming cottage in the heart of historic Dartmouth.

Gull’s Rest is a charming cottage that has recently been completely renovated and beautifully furnished for a truly comfortable and welcoming holiday year-round. The front deck is a lovely spot for a summer morning coffee, while the log burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s evening. Located just behind Market Square you’re seconds away from Dartmouth’s shops, bars, and restaurants yet in a prime elevated position peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle below. A parking permit is provided.

At the front of the property is the private enclosed deck made with grey composite material giving a fresh contrasting finish to the traditional mid-terrace building. Garden seating and potted plants make it the perfect bijou spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of fizz.

The shops and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. At Coronation Park, you will find the Anchorstone Café which is great for alfresco dining. On the riverfront, you will find renowned local chef Mitch Tonks’ ‘Rockfish’ and ‘The Seahorse’. Also on the waterside, you will find transport links including ferries and the steam train.
