Kittiwake boasts outstanding views over the river from all rooms, especially the newly converted Sky Room with its fantastic, decked terrace. Kittiwake is finished to the highest standard and is perfect for a romantic waterside stay, or a family holiday to explore the picturesque ancient town of Dartmouth, which is just a short walk away. Although, with these views, you may want to stay to soak up the views from the terrace or French windows. A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park.

A short walk down the road will take you to the centre of Dartmouth where you will find a great selection of pubs restaurants and cafes including TV chef Mitch Tonks’ ‘Seahorse’ and ‘Rockfish’. ‘Cafe Alf Resco’ is locally renowned for breakfasts, and the Anchorstone Café on Coronation Park is perfect for lunch in the sun. The South West Coast Path can be picked up at the end of Above Town which will take you out to the castle. The closest beach is Blackpool Sands a 5-minute drive away in the village of Stoke Fleming.
