Through a stable door and straight into the lounge and dining room. This is the perfect escape for couples or a family. The cottage is in a quiet corner of a courtyard, next to a beautiful Camelia bush. Double glass doors lead from the living area to the enclosed private terrace with table and chairs, and garden at the rear, perfect for letting children and dogs run about in. Upstairs the cottage has a king sized bedroom, bathroom and twin room, which can also be turned into a super king on request. We welcome up to two small well behaved dogs.

Booking a holiday is not just about finding somewhere in a great location.  The extra facilities we offer can make your holiday as relaxing as possible! We are close to a great selection of family attractions, in calm and friendly surroundings.

We believe our ability to offer electric vehicle charging will give our guests enhanced flexibility.  Knowing we can be the base for holiday adventures around beautiful Dartmouth, Brixham and the rest of South Devon.  And the car can be charged without any unnecessary worries, queuing or added fees of public car parking charges.
