Shipwrights is a treasured little holiday cottage in Kingswear which enjoys lovely views across the marina and River Dart towards Dartmouth and the Britannia Royal Naval College. Perfectly set up as a base for a couple or a small family to explore the South Devon area. A great spot for walkers with the Dart Valley Trail and the South West Coast Path almost on your doorstep, come home from a days exploring to the cosy wood burner. Parking at the marina car park nearby is included in your stay.

There is room to stop outside to unload. Secure car parking is included at the Dart Haven Marina Car Park, a 2-minute walk away.

The shops and pubs are a 5-minute walk down the hill. At the top is one of the village shops and the café ‘Moor@13’. Roughly halfway down to the ferry is the Steam Packet Inn which serves great food. A bit further down is the Ship Inn, tucked up off to the left. At the bottom of the hill, you will find the steam train station, ferries to Dartmouth, and the second village shop and Post Office.
