Your profile will then be created, and an email confirmation will be sent you allowing to review your listing. For B&B, Hotel, Room Only & Self Catering Businesses
Qualifying Members can choice to activate Find & Stay to their account to receive accommodation requests in real time from prospective customers. You will then receive emails from prospective customers looking to stay in Dartmouth, together with all the information you require to check your booking calendar and then respond directly to the customer.
GDPR GUIDANCE: The incoming emails you will received will contain the customer selected email address, if a successful booking is made between you and the customer, then the email address may be stored in accordance with current GDPR approved practices. If the booking is not successful, then the customers email address may not be retained or used in any other way.
Accommodation providers can post their late availability on a daily basis, which is then displayed on both the Visit Dartmouth website and in the Visitor Centre window.

- New late availability posts are added during the day.
- You can submit your late availability for each day using a quick to complete form before the cut-off time of 8am.
