With three comfortable bedrooms for up to six guests, it’s the perfect escape for couples or families wanting tranquillity while within walking distance of the village shop, inns, riverside, and the many water-borne activities on offer. Plus, there’s parking for two cars.

The one-acre garden at the rear of the property is beautifully landscaped and stretches to the riverbank. Beautiful lawns and mature flowerbeds are well-kept year-round.

Both of the village pubs are an equal walk away. The Red Lion is a 10-minute walk down Riverside Road, The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and post office. A 10 minute walk across The Ham will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Café as well as ferries to the National Trust’s Greenway house and gardens, and also to Dartmouth.
